Fan Experiences was founded in 2007 to respond to the need for easy to book, affordable, and trustworthy accommodations for fans of major sporting events throughout the country. The Fan Housing Programs that we have developed over the last 5 years are designed to help individuals or groups reserve reasonable accommodations for these large sporting events.
We are a seasoned Event Management Company with experience in successfully organizing an average of 5000 hotel room accommodations annually for Super Bowl and an average of 2000 hotel room accommodations for the Men’s Final Four® Championship. Fan Experiences is a preferred service provider for the NFL and NCAA®.
We know the intricacies of Super Bowl and Final Four® events and have successfully executed each program since the contract was awarded. We will continue to pursue excellence and we hope to serve you by providing a competitive advantage of:

Our knowledgeable and professional staff travels on site to each event and is always available to answer your questions. For our clients, our staff can also assist with the coordination of vehicle transfers, dining, contract negotiations, room drops, break-out sessions, production, AV needs and more
