Booking Information

• For hotel reservations, please enter your dates of stay in the top right calendar.
• Hotel cancellations must be made by 5pm PT on Thursday, July 9, 2020, to avoid full payment of hotel reservation.

Hotel Information

• Check-in: 3pm
• Checkout: 11am
• All hotel charges will be processed upon receiving signed invoice.
• Final invoice and receipt must be signed and processed in order to receive a hotel confirmation number. Hotel confirmation numbers will be emailed by July 20.
• ALL SALES FINAL after July 10, 2020. If you need to modify your reservation, it must be done before 5pm ET on Thursday, July 9, 2020, to avoid full payment of hotel reservation. 
• Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. There is an additional charge per occupant per night above two (2) occupants per room.
• Room rates shown do not include hotel room state tax per night (subject to change) or any applicable hotel and resort fees.
