About Fan Experiences

Fan Experiences was founded in 2007 to respond to the need for easy to book, affordable, and trustworthy accommodations for fans of major sporting events throughout the country. The Fan Housing Programs that we have developed over the last 8 years are designed to help individuals or groups reserve reasonable accommodations for these large sporting events.

At Fan Experiences, we believe in creating positive experiences and making your guests a 100% fan of your product and/or cause.

We define event management as the process by which an event and/or meeting is planned, prepared, and produced and/or executed. As with any other form of management, it incorporates the assessment, definition, acquisition, allocation, direction, control, and analysis of time, finances, people, products, services, and other resources to achieve objectives. A meeting planner’s job is to administer and organize every aspect of an event, involving researching, planning, coordinating, implementing, controlling, and evaluating an event’s and/or meeting’s design, objective, and activities.

At Fan Experiences, know that meeting/event management includes a multitude of types of events. Although the industry has defined itself into various categories, they all signify the planning and designing of an event that brings people together at an exclusive time, in a particular place, for a specific objective. Our knowledgeable and professional staff travels on site to each event and is always available to answer your questions. For our clients, our staff can also assist with the coordination of vehicle transfers, dining, contract negotiations, room drops, break-out sessions, production, AV needs and more.
